Our appetizers offer something for every palate. For seafood lovers we offer dishes such as our succulent Causa Marina, which combines the unique Peruvian yellow potato with different seafood sauces, and others such as Choros a la Chalaca (mussels in an onion, tomato and garlic sauce), or the more traditional Jalea (deep fried fish and seafood marinated in a special sauce). For meat lovers, we have Anticuchos, a dish that showcases the benefits of fusing African tastes with Peruvian ingredients. For the vegetarian brood, don’t miss our Taboule Andino, protein rich quinoa crop –a favorite of Peruvians– marinated in a lemon based juice, with avocados and other vegetables.
